Customer Reviews: Stephanie Dean (Monday, 22 September 2008) Rating: This is by far my favorite salami to use on pizza or on a simple white-bread or french bread hurriedly made sandwich. rnrnOn pizza its not as greasy as pepperoni and can handle more graceful and delicate flavors such as pine nuts and basil on your favorite pie. rnrnIts also great for a plate of cold cuts and cheese, as it is the most easily accesible of the salami... for those who aren't used to eating the more regionally inspired flavors, this is a great place to start. rnrnTry it aside any of your favorite pepperoni or summer sausage to see how this is a salmi in the same genre but so completely different- free of "filler" or "flabby" flavours so often found in regular salami at your average american-only store.
